A Legacy of Transformation: Shaping Vivo's Digital Future Through Design
Leading the design team at Vivo was a journey of both scale and precision. Heading a squad of 8 designers, I orchestrated the delivery of over 100 major projects that redefined the customer experience—ranging from the core visual foundations of the brand to the launch of disruptive products that now touch the lives of millions.
My role blended talent management with product vision, navigating between the global scale of cases like the World Cup and the operational efficiency of Web Essencial. From aesthetic refinement to implementing business logic in services like Proteção Rua, every delivery was guided by a commitment to transforming technological complexity into human, intuitive interfaces.
One of the milestones of this tenure was the complete redesign of our iconography system. To ensure total brand coherence, we reconstructed every visual element based strictly on the geometry of the Vivo logo and the specific weights of our proprietary typography, Vivo Type. The result was an iconographic language that doesn't just communicate—it breathes the company's DNA in every pixel, ensuring a seamless aesthetic across the entire digital ecosystem.
This same attention to detail was applied to Family Locator, a strategic feature focused on user peace of mind. The challenge here was to design a real-time geolocation experience that was simultaneously powerful and simple to use, allowing customers to connect with and protect their loved ones and friends with total fluidity. By balancing complex tracking technology with an intuitive interface, we delivered a service that became essential to the user's daily routine.
